Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to customer needs accurately and timely, using available tools and resources.
  • •Evaluate client needs and conduct needs-based conversations to offer financial products and services, building/deepening relationships.
  • •Process routine teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other transactions as needed.
  • •Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales and retention initiatives to achieve growth and profitability objectives.
  • •Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and bank policies; meet branch audit and operations evaluation requirements, and coach/onboard fellow bankers.

Salary: USD 21.5 - 26 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •3-4 years of customer sales/service experience, with preferred 1-2 years supervisory experience including leading, coaching, and motivating.
  • •0-2 years of experience with cash handling and customer service experience.
  • •Demonstrated success achieving sales, service, and operations goals.
  • •Working knowledge of bank products and services, with ability to keep current on systems used for branch transaction processing.
  • •Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
