Job Summary

Install and troubleshoot audio-visual systems on AVI-SPL customer sites. You’ll perform cable pulls and terminations, rack installation, and basic metal fabrication, while coordinating with a Lead Technician to meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction goals. Read electronic schematics/blueprints, use hand and power tools, assist with equipment and tool management, and travel to various job sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform installation tasks on contracted projects, including cable pulls, cable terminations, and installing system equipment and components.
•Coordinate with a Lead Technician to support project outcomes across time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
•Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints to support AV installations.
•Use hand and power tools to solder and crimp connectors and perform related AV installation tasks.
•Assist with basic rack wiring and mechanical fabrication, manage jobsite equipment/tools support, and travel to required job sites.
