Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end budget tracking, forecasting, reporting, and variance monitoring for the Applications Product Marketing organization.
  • •Lead annual and quarterly financial planning by building models, consolidating inputs, and preparing decision-ready templates.
  • •Direct the lifecycle of purchase/invoice requests (PIRs), working with PMMs to ensure submission, approvals, and resolution of stalled requests.
  • •Track purchase orders, invoices, and conduct monthly financial reconciliations with Finance to maintain accurate accruals and ledger integrity.
  • •Build executive dashboards and optimize budgeting tools/workflows while serving as the liaison between Marketing, Finance, and Procurement; provide ad-hoc financial analysis support.
