Job Summary

Apprentice consumer care specialist in Paris supporting the Consumer Care Manager to manage customer relationships and ensure smooth daily operations of the service. You will be a key contact between the brand and clients across multiple channels, handling orders, returns, refunds, and product information while upholding the brand’s tone and values across France, Italy and Spain.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure high-quality client relations on a daily basis and act as a privileged contact point between the brand and its customers to deliver an impeccable customer experience.
•Respond to customer inquiries across channels (email, phone, chat, social networks) and assist customers in their steps: order tracking, returns, refunds, product information, account management, etc.
•Personalize responses based on profiles and context while respecting the brand’s tone and values.
•Effectively manage complaints and sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism, applying or proposing appropriate remediation actions.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, IT, marketing, retail, and IT teams to resolve customer issues, capture feedback, and contribute to knowledge base improvements.

Key Requirements

•First experience in a similar customer-facing role or in retail.
•Strong written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
•Italian language proficiency (spoken and written).
•Experience with customer service tools and CRM/knowledge base systems is a plus.
•Ability to adapt responses to client profiles and contexts while maintaining brand tone and values.
