Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead sales efforts in the assigned territory to drive branded market share and profitability aligned with Kraft Heinz values.
  • •Execute the Foodservice Sales Playbook and develop profitable sales strategies with local and national distributors.
  • •Build and maintain distributor relationships, participate in local events, and drive penetration of priority SKUs.
  • •Identify and manage a pipeline of high-value sales opportunities and lead the full sales cycle to closing deals.
  • •Lead bottom-up sales planning, manage trade budgets and business expenses, and forecast demand by submitting Volume Submission Forms (VSFs).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, sales, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • •1 to 3 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience, preferably in foodservice or CPG.
  • •Self-motivated, proactive problem-solving with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills to sell and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), plus a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel overnight as needed.
