Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, execute, and manage data and AI governance deliverables such as plans, roadmaps, assessment tools, dashboards, catalogs, glossaries, inventories, and metadata documents.
  • •Define and monitor key performance and risk indicators and measure value generated from data and AI activity.
  • •Perform data profiling, conduct data quality assessments, and facilitate remediation of data quality errors.
  • •Plan and facilitate governance forums, councils, and working groups, and collaborate to develop and maintain governance policies, standards, and procedures.
  • •Mentor and coach team members and create educational materials to increase Data and AI literacy across the enterprise.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related data governance, AI governance, or data strategy experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other STEM related degree (or equivalent experience).
  • •Extensive knowledge and consistent utilization of data management, analytic, and AI governance processes.
  • •Ability to plan and lead solution delivery using SDLC and project management methods.
  • •Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and data analytic/BI tools and Data & AI governance software.
