Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate forklifts and other equipment to load/unload trucks and transport materials between departments and buildings.
  • •Oversee and operate packaging equipment to ensure processes meet specifications.
  • •Receive inbound materials and transfers to appropriate storage locations, including samples for QC and pulls for production.
  • •Pick finished product, assemble orders, and select/pack/wrap product for shipment per policy and customer requests.
  • •Verify inventory by matching materials to bills of lading, scanning barcodes, counting/examining items, maintaining records, and performing cycle counts.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 6 months of safe forklift operation.
  • •Ability to actively participate in and follow the plant Sika SAFE Program and all safety/housekeeping policies.
