Job Summary

Own the performance and reporting landscape for Operations across your assigned country/region, delivering accurate, timely reports for all lines of business. Drive automation and harmonization of reporting, design and create context-driven dashboards, and support planning and forecasting with performance data, insights, and simulations. Collaborate cross-functionally, define and track KPIs, oversee data analysis quality, and communicate complex findings to senior stakeholders to enable informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and deliver accurate, timely reports for all lines of business within the assigned country/region, meeting time, quality, and budget expectations.
•Implement global reporting assets and tools to maximize automation and harmonize the reporting landscape using best practices.
•Create context-driven reporting across layers and dimensions, supported by deep analytics and consistency across steering forums.
•Collaborate with Operations and non-Operations departments to gather data and support cross-functional initiatives.
•Support planning and forecasting, develop and track KPIs, and oversee data analysis and quality control to ensure integrity and reliability of reported information.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in Operations, Finance, IT, audit, consulting, or a similar analytical role with affinity to new technologies.
•Strong passion for data, technology, and analytics, translating insights into decisions and actions.
•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including VBA) and BI tools; preferably with programming skills such as Python.
•Knowledge and practical experience handling databases and process systems, with strong analytical ability to structure complex issues.
•Fluent in English; ability to manage change and communicate effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
