Job Summary

Own the front line of the revenue motion by identifying companies with active hiring needs for roles Wing can support. Conduct outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn, run discovery conversations, and book qualified meetings for the sales team. Maintain accurate CRM pipeline data, collaborate with Sales on outreach and handoffs, and feed market learnings back to Sales, Marketing, and Product to improve messaging and targeting.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify companies actively hiring for roles Wing can support using job postings, hiring signals, and account research.
•Reach out to prospective customers across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels and run focused outbound campaigns.
•Hold early discovery conversations to understand hiring needs, pain points, urgency, and openness to remote or AI-enabled workforce solutions.
•Book qualified appointments with companies that have a clear hiring need and relevant business use case.
•Work with the sales team to build pipeline, hand off opportunities with context, and keep CRM activity and notes current.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,200 - 2,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•1 to 4+ years in sales, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, lead generation, outbound marketing, growth, or a comparable role.
•Proven ability to prospect and run high-volume outbound outreach, including cold calling and appointment setting.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to make outreach compelling and get to the point.
•Comfort reaching out to companies that may not have considered remote/AI-enabled workforce solutions before.
•Strong research skills, organization, and resilience to keep going toward clear targets and booked-meeting goals.
