Job Summary

Own TikTok Shop Europe local logistics product operations by defining operation strategy, translating targets into deliverables, and continuously iterating across delivery speed, exception handling, and logistics tracking. Conduct industry and merchant/consumer research to design end-to-end logistics solutions, build actionable roadmaps, and lead full-cycle execution from requirements through pilot and scaled rollout. Manage logistics service provider onboarding and standardized operating processes while partnering across Product, Engineering, warehousing, and regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Define operation strategy formulation and target breakdown for TikTok Shop Europe local logistics products.
•Research industry trends and merchant/consumer pain points, then design end-to-end logistics solutions and operational roadmaps.
•Partner cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, warehousing, delivery service providers, regional operations) to execute from requirements to scaled rollout.
•Onboard and integrate logistics service providers; build digital operations systems and establish standardized provider management, monitoring, and operational standards.
•Capture and codify best practices and standard processes to empower regional teams and improve logistics operational capability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above with experience in e-commerce logistics, cross-border logistics, or platform logistics product operations.
•Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end international e-commerce logistics value chain across multiple functions.
•Ability to independently own complex 0-to-1 projects end-to-end with strong problem-structuring.
•Results-driven execution and resilience in ambiguous environments.
•Fluent Chinese communication to collaborate with internal stakeholders based in China.
