Key Responsibilities

  • •Own MonieCRM and the Sales & Marketing Tools platform, including onboarding, network management, pipeline/portfolio, performance, compensation, and sales support.
  • •Modernise and re-architect legacy systems for reliability and scale across more than 20 million users.
  • •Ensure financial correctness across commissions, earnings attribution, cashouts, welfare funds, wallets, and ledgers.
  • •Partner with adjacent domains including partner management and marketing technology integration, such as engineering and customization of Braze.
  • •Lead, develop, and manage a large engineering team and a bench of managers and senior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of overall software engineering experience, including at least 5 years leading engineering teams through growth phases.
  • •5+ years of hands-on production experience writing and shipping Java code.
  • •At least 5 years managing managers and leading an engineering organization through other engineering leaders.
  • •Proven platform engineering experience building and running complex distributed systems at scale.
  • •Strong backend skills for high-throughput, data-intensive distributed systems; proficient in Java and Spring Boot.
