Drive the launch of Infigratinib for achondroplasia in the West Region, building territory plans and engaging providers and families. Partner with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, and cross-functional teams to maximize access, clinician education, and patient advocacy while delivering on sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a dynamic territory business plan targeting geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and multi-disciplinary skeletal dysplasia clinic teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
•Demonstrate deep expertise in Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the broader skeletal dysplasia landscape; engage HCPs in clinically relevant, compliant discussions.
•Use sales and target data to identify growth opportunities and address territory challenges proactively.
•Anticipates potential business challenges, adjusts priorities as needed, demonstrates flexibility, and develops solutions to address challenges.
•Partners compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to maximize customer and family satisfaction.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8–10 years in pharmaceutical or biotech; 4+ years in rare disease, genetic disease, or skeletal dysplasia required
•BS/BA required, MBA a plus
•Willingness to travel extensively
•Product/indication launch experience: proven record of launching products into new markets and creating demand through disease-state and stakeholder education
•Account management: success analyzing complex accounts, building strategy, and driving implementation to deliver measurable impact
