Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, manage, and execute migration workstreams to time, cost, quality, and compliance standards.
  • •Ensure alignment with programme objectives and strategic outcomes.
  • •Maintain RAID, produce status reporting, and coordinate assurance across technical and cross‑functional teams.
  • •Act as a liaison between engineering teams, partners (Google, Kyndryl), and WPP Technology Operations, ensuring decisions are informed and escalations handled promptly.
  • •Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and sponsors and communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly and regularly.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience leading strategic and complex projects across full SDLC with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • •Proven track record in migration, transformation or large-scale technology programmes within enterprise environments
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence senior sponsors and cross-functional teams
  • •Experience partnering with external vendors and technology partners (e.g., Google) to deliver programme objectives
  • •Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and deliver migration workstreams with a focus on time, cost, quality and compliance standards
