Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation/repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
  • •Be the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC and related equipment systems at customer locations.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems and chiller systems in a commercial environment.
  • •Diagnose and repair units using hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications, leveraging software and technology.
  • •Maintain safety standards and accountability of company assets by recording use, wear, and conditions; work overtime/weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • •Typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with a handheld computer (smartphone/iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
  • •EPA Universal Certification required.
