Job Summary

Operationalize the enterprise cybersecurity strategy as an execution partner to the CISO. Translate security priorities into measurable operational plans, governance models, and execution roadmaps, while establishing accountability and operational cadence. Partner with engineering, product, AI, cloud, and IT teams to enable innovation through scalable security frameworks, and oversee programs spanning cloud security, IAM, incident response, vulnerability management, AI security governance, third-party risk, security architecture, and GRC. Serve as an executive representative with customers, prospects, regulators, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the CISO and other Deputy CISOs to operationalize enterprise cybersecurity strategy and drive execution across the organization.
•Translate strategic security priorities into measurable operational plans, governance models, and execution roadmaps.
•Oversee execution of enterprise security programs across areas including cloud security, identity and access management, security operations/incident response, vulnerability management, AI security governance, third-party risk, security architecture, and governance/risk/compliance.
•Serve as a cross-functional leader building partnerships across engineering, product, IT, legal, HR, compliance, and executive leadership, and act as incident coordinator during major security events.
•Represent the security organization with customers, prospects, regulators, and strategic partners as needed, including executive briefings, security reviews, and trust discussions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 350,000 - 380,000
