Develop and evolve a scalable frontend architecture with the software architect, translating technical requirements into clear standards. Lead technical guidance for an interdisciplinary agile team, building reusable components, frontend standards, and test strategies for daily use. Ensure consistency through code, architecture, and design reviews, evaluate new technologies and AI-assisted development tools, and shape a cross-product frontend strategy aligned with architecture, UX/UI, backend, and product ownership.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop the frontend architecture together with the software architect and translate requirements into clear, solid standards.
•Provide technical orientation in a scaled agile development model and help team members grow their skills.
•Create reusable components, shared frontend standards, and test strategies for digital products.
•Conduct regular code, architecture, and design reviews to keep applications stable, maintainable, and consistent across products.
•Evaluate new technologies and AI-assisted development methods for concrete value in quality, speed, and collaboration, and align frontend decisions with architecture, UX/UI, backend, and product ownership.

Key Requirements

•Studied computer science, software engineering, or a comparable field, and have several years of experience as a Senior Frontend Developer or Lead Developer.
•Strong proficiency with Angular, React, and TypeScript to build scalable frontend architectures, design systems, and modern web platforms.
•Experience with modern engineering practices such as Clean Architecture, Clean Code, automated tests, continuous integration and delivery, and DevOps.
•Confidently moderate technical decisions at eye level, even when requirements are not fully clarified.
•Professional use of AI-supported development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or Claude (training or certification is a plus).
