Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver underwriting and financial measures as outlined in the business plan.
  • •Review, assess, and underwrite new business and renewal opportunities.
  • •Manage a portfolio of multinational Real Estate programmes across multiple territories throughout the policy lifecycle.
  • •Lead and support key accounts to ensure excellent customer and broker outcomes.
  • •Assess, select, and price risk accurately in line with underwriting authority and governance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous Real Estate and/or Property underwriting experience.
  • •International or multinational underwriting experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

  • •Cert CII or Dip CII qualified, or actively working towards professional qualifications.
