Deliver enterprise pre-sales solution architecture and advisory for an AI security platform that provides intent-based visibility into AI usage. You’ll run technical product showcases and proof-of-concepts, translate capabilities into customer outcomes, and address technical objections. Partner with sales, product, and engineering to shape integrations and influence roadmap—especially across SASE, firewalls, Windows/Mac environments, APIs, and SIEM tooling.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and craft tailored AI governance solutions.
•Deliver product showcases, proof-of-concepts, and presentations demonstrating platform functionality.
•Architect integration strategies between the AI governance software and customer technologies, including SASE, firewalls, Windows/Mac, APIs, and SIEM tools.
•Engage with enterprise clientele to articulate technical value propositions and address technical inquiries and objections effectively.
•Collaborate with product management and engineering to represent customer feedback, influence the product roadmap, and stay informed about cybersecurity and AI compliance developments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 295,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
•Minimum 5–7 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or sales engineering, ideally in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or AI governance.
•Strong familiarity with SASE, firewall technologies, Windows and Mac environments, API integration/management, and SIEM solutions.
•Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business audiences.
•Ability to articulate complex technical topics clearly and persuasively while managing multiple priorities.
