  • •Conduct market benchmarking and modeling to support compensation program design and decisions.
  • •Set the cadence for refreshing compensation bands and own the end-to-end process so ranges don’t lag the market.
  • •Turn compensation data into clear narratives executives and hiring managers can act on.
  • •Advise on sales and GTM compensation design, including OTE structuring.
  • •Partner with Finance and Recruiting to design and govern salary structures, incentive plans, and exception criteria, and ensure clean data flow for budgeting.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of compensation experience, ideally owning program build at a high-growth tech or AI company.
  • •Deep Excel skills (modeling, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) and ability to turn messy data into actionable insights.
  • •Track record of building benchmarking approaches and peer groups that stand up to scrutiny.
  • •Fluency in sales compensation, including OTE design, bonus structuring, and related tradeoffs.
  • •Experience designing compensation and equity frameworks, including at the executive level, across public and private structures.
