Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and review high-volume vendor invoices end-to-end, including receipt, coding, two-way PO matching, approval routing, and posting in NetSuite.
  • •Execute domestic and international payment runs (ACH, wire, check, virtual card), manage scheduling, and coordinate with Treasury to optimize cash flow.
  • •Own vendor onboarding and maintenance, including W-9/W-8 collection, banking verification, and vendor master data integrity across NetSuite and Coupa.
  • •Drive procure-to-pay process improvement by identifying bottlenecks, championing automation in Coupa and NetSuite, and leveraging agentic/generative AI tools to reduce cycle times and exceptions.
  • •Support month-end and quarter-end close with AP aging, accruals, prepaid amortization schedules, reconciliations, and SOX-compliant internal controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • •4–5 years of accounts payable or broader accounting experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with NetSuite (AP/payment runs/saved searches) and Coupa (invoicing/POs/supplier portal/spend analytics), with NetSuite–Coupa integration experience preferred.
  • •Demonstrated AP process improvement experience (automation, exception reduction, cycle-time compression) and ability to pilot AI-assisted AP tools.
  • •Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and familiarity with SOX controls/internal audit requirements in a public-company setting.
