Job Summary

Lead three connected SAP value streams—Construction Accounting, Hire-to-Retire, and Plan-to-Produce—across both active transformation and ongoing enhancement/support. Drive delivery with pragmatic architecture and design decisions, ensuring run/production support remains healthy and predictable. Own construction accounting on SAP (FI/CO/PS), direct SuccessFactors H2R and PP/PM planning/maintenance alignment, and coach two managers and their teams to deliver on timelines, budget, quality, adoption, and production stability.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery across Construction Accounting, Hire-to-Retire, and Plan-to-Produce value streams within the broader SAP transformation while maintaining healthy enhancement and production support.
•Make architecture and design decisions with conviction based on prior hands-on experience, driving toward pragmatic outcomes.
•Own construction accounting on SAP, including project structures, cost flows, WIP, revenue recognition, and FI/CO/PS integration for percentage-of-completion and job costing.
•Direct the H2R stream on SuccessFactors and the downstream integrations so HR processes and data are clean and reliable.
•Direct Plan-to-Produce on SAP PP and PM to align production planning and plant maintenance with plant and product realities, and coach the managers and teams to deliver.

Key Requirements

•Proven, hands-on experience leading SAP delivery in construction accounting on SAP PS, CO, and FI with deep understanding of project-based costing and accounting.
•Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (H2R) and SAP PP and PM (Plan-to-Produce).
•Experience in the building products industry (or closely adjacent manufacturing/construction-heavy environments).
•A track record of standing up and running these areas, making hard calls, and living with the results.
•Experience operating inside an SAP transformation while owning enhancement and production support for your area.
