Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a 27-month rotational programme to gain exposure to different areas of the business and how Zurich delivers to customers.
  • •Develop a strong understanding of claims, underwriting, and risk assessment, and apply learning to deliver value.
  • •Produce stakeholder-facing reporting and help drive operational excellence across rotations.
  • •Oversee projects that deliver value to both the business and customers as you develop commercial and technical know-how.
  • •Participate in the learning and development programme, including completing a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship.

Key Requirements

  • •Recently achieved (within the last three years) or be on track to receive a minimum 2:1 bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

  • •Have an indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK, with no sponsorship required; must have resided in the UK for at least three consecutive years.
  • •Demonstrate strong interpersonal/communication skills, ability to build working relationships, and commitment to learning and development.
