Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead C-Level application modernisation strategy discussions, workshops, and executive briefings.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and drive digital transformation initiatives.
  • •Design and lead proof-of-value work for application transformation clients.
  • •Own solution deliverability for modernisation projects, ensuring correctness and sign-off.
  • •Apply agentic AI across delivery phases (analysis, design, build, test, deploy, and operations) and develop reusable assets for agentic AI patterns.

Key Requirements

  • •6-8 years of experience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications.
  • •Strong software engineering foundation across frontend, backend, APIs, data, and cloud architecture.
