Job Summary

Drive plant-level continuous improvement for Diamond Infrastructure Solutions’ Environmental Operations in Freeport, TX, spanning water/water distribution and incineration assets. Use process technology expertise to identify optimization opportunities, champion process safety activities, and support root cause investigations. Partner with operations, maintenance, and technical experts to build and execute a Plant Specific Technology Plan, improve performance indicators, and lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned to EH&S and the facility capital plan.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive plant-level continuous improvement initiatives targeting maximum value, process safety, and production efficiency.
•Develop and implement a Plant Specific Technology Plan with year-over-year ROC and non-capital improvement outcomes.
•Champion process safety activities and act as a resource for process safety concerns; identify and track performance indicators.
•Support root cause investigations for incidents related to process technology and lead/catalyze corrective actions.
•Lead continuous improvement activities aligned to the PSTP and help capture solutions through the “next unplanned event” exercise prioritization system.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a STEM field.
•At least 3 years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related fields.

•Experience supporting process safety activities and root cause investigations.
