Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate an electronic perpetual tracking data system to record received, stored, stocked, and delivered items in real time.
  • •Maintain inventory at prescribed levels, adjust supply levels for availability, and prepare requisitions for replenishment.
  • •Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensure chemicals are ICE-approved prior to ordering.
  • •Perform physical inventories and compile supply and food stock reports on inventory adjustments, spoilage/damage, and shipment discrepancies.
  • •Train assigned staff and assist with issuing supplies, uniforms, and hygiene items, including detainee property handling and marking.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, and at least 21 years of age.
  • •2 years of experience in supply, warehouse, food service, or similar work.
  • •Experience working with inventory, shipping, receiving, and stock systems.
  • •Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel) and clear oral/written communication.
  • •Must be forklift certified or able to obtain forklift certification prior to entry on duty.
