Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake detailed cost analysis and reporting, breaking down cost summaries and comparing actuals vs forecast to identify variances and contractual compliance.
  • •Deliver cost intelligence by embedding cost analytics tools and processes into ways of working.
  • •Provide cost estimating and assurance for projects at various stages using benchmarking and parametric scaling to improve efficiencies.
  • •Support integrated PMO service delivery and develop/maintain positive relationships with client stakeholders.
  • •Comply with Turner & Townsend Business Management Systems (Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality) and adhere to any applicable SOX control responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
  • •Achievement of Chartered status with AIQS or RICS (or equivalent recognized body).
  • •3+ years cost analyst and/or cost management experience, preferably in private practice or construction.
  • •Strong attention to detail to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • •Good knowledge of procurement methods and value engineering; strong verbal and written communication skills.
