Job Summary

Own full-cycle recruiting for Super.com’s Engineering, Product, and Data teams, sourcing and screening candidates through offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies, maintain strong pipelines, and ensure a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience. Track hiring metrics like time to hire and candidate satisfaction to continuously improve processes. Support non-technical GTM and G&A hiring as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
•Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data leaders to advise on recruitment strategies and hiring needs.
•Proactively source candidates and maintain talent pipelines using networking, social media, and direct outreach.
•Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and structured interviews.
•Track recruitment metrics (time to hire, candidate satisfaction) and continuously improve recruiting processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 84,000 - 101,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience.
•At least 2+ years of in-house experience (preferred).
•Proficiency using applicant tracking systems; experience with Ashby is a plus.
•Experience sourcing and engaging candidates via channels such as LinkedIn and referrals.
•Comfortable running end-to-end recruitment focused on speed, quality, and collaboration.
