•Build new growth and automation systems using AI tools to eliminate manual work and increase marketing efficiency
•Analyze campaign performance, evaluate KPIs, and consolidate learnings with the Performance & Data team to optimize campaigns
•Analyze and recommend new copy & creative, bidding strategies, and testing structures using qualitative and quantitative metrics
•Stay up to date on relevant industry trends, new ad products, and best practices

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience with Google, YouTube, Meta, or TikTok Ads, managing direct-to-consumer campaigns with budgets above $1M per year
•Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Mode, Hex, Tableau, SQL, Amplitude, Google Search Console, keyword planner)
•Experience building automation and tools with AI (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, n8n, Cursor) for marketing and analytics applications
•Strong familiarity with marketing funnels and modern attribution platforms (Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox or equivalent)
•Ability to develop and expand targeting/copy/assets based on performance
