Key Responsibilities

  • •Help formulate and drive key projects for the Chief Product Officer, including structuring the product roadmap, setting organisational goals, and evolving product strategy.
  • •Lead strategic and ad-hoc initiatives for Product leadership, improving how teams deliver effectively and quickly.
  • •Own performance data reporting: understand drivers, coordinate monthly business reviews, and maintain a regular reporting cadence.
  • •Collaborate across Monzo to unblock complex challenges around priorities, dependencies, and headcount, enabling better decisions for competing stakeholders.
  • •Support Product team engagement and performance management, and help prepare the CPO for key meetings and communications.
