Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, audit, and execute multi-country payroll delivery across 15+ international countries, including inputs, validation, approvals, funding coordination, reconciliations, statutory filings, and post-payroll activities.
  • •Lead the payroll calendar and operating cadence across countries by managing cutoffs, exceptions, dependencies, risks, and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • •Oversee global equity compensation payroll processing (RSUs and stock options) and ensure regulatory compliance across international tax jurisdictions, benefits, and reporting requirements.

Key Requirements
