Key Responsibilities

  • •Frame change approach for operational excellence initiatives, including impact assessment, stakeholder mapping, and readiness analysis.
  • •Build and execute change, communication, and training plans tailored as needs evolve.
  • •Manage a network of change agents and super-users; facilitate workshops and feedback loops to drive adoption.
  • •Apply structured change management methodology (e.g., ADKAR/Prosci, Kotter) with the Amadeus project management methodology.
  • •Define and monitor adoption KPIs (usage, proficiency, compliance, satisfaction), track performance, and propose corrective actions; prepare and deliver leadership reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in change management, ideally within operational excellence, transformation, or large-scale deployment projects.
  • •Solid knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks such as ADKAR/Prosci and Kotter.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across departments and multiple sites.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to tailor messaging for senior leadership and impacted teams.
  • •Experience defining and tracking adoption and performance KPIs; a proactive, empathetic approach to managing resistance.
