Job Summary

Support assembly and manufacturing operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Machining, Welding, and Production. •Provide technical support to ensure smooth assembly operations across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, Machining, Welding, and Production.
•Drive product localization through process capability enhancement and transfer of technical expertise.
•Lead and support cost reduction, productivity improvement, and operational excellence projects.
•Develop and maintain BOM and routing structures in Oracle, ensuring engineering documentation is accurate and timely.
•Troubleshoot manufacturing, assembly, and production issues and support NPI activities including equipment setup, process validation, and operator training.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical/Electronic, or Industrial Engineering.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
•Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing source documents.
•Working knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.
