Key Responsibilities

•Own and lead the discovery process for your squad from problem framing to solution validation.
•Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmaps, balancing customer love with business impact across ventures.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Commercial, Brand, CX) to build and ship impactful features.
•Champion features that address real shopper needs across acquisition, discovery, retention, and repeat behavior.
•Partner with marketing, brand, and commercial teams to define go-to-market plans and ensure alignment with end-to-end customer lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•You have at least 5 years of experience in digital product management.
•You have successfully launched products to market, ideally including at least one 0→1 launch (new vertical, new business model, or new marketplace).
•You are AI-fluent in how you build and ship, prototyping to pressure-test ideas and embedding AI where it genuinely improves the experience.
•You are curious across categories and can ramp quickly into new domains, understanding shoppers, supply, and economics in weeks, not months.
•You are comfortable with business models and unit economics, operating effectively in ambiguity and influencing partner teams without direct authority.
