Lead Databricks Learning & Enablement’s global training delivery function, owning instructor staffing and readiness across FTE and authorized training partners. Use data-driven workforce and capacity planning to forecast skilling, language, and location needs, and evolve the delivery model toward AI-first operations and customized, customer-specific training. Manage and develop a global instructor team, set 12-month delivery goals, and drive execution across training operations, curriculum, certification, and field GTM.
