Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global training delivery function for customer, partner, and internal audiences.
  • •Set staffing strategy and instructor readiness: balance FTE and ATP supply and forecast demand by skilling area, language, and location.
  • •Translate Learning & Enablement strategy into execution, using FTE-first regional sufficiency with ATP to fill additional needs.
  • •Lead the evolution of the delivery model toward AI-first operations and customized, customer-specific training.
  • •Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing global instructor team; run instructor development and train-the-trainer programs.

Salary: USD 166,100 - 285,450 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Multiple years of people-leadership directly managing technical instructors, including a global, multi-region team.
  • •Experience across the full training lifecycle, including design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • •Track record building and scaling instructor capacity across employed and partner/contract workforces.
  • •Proven technical depth in data, analytics, and AI; Databricks certification preferred.
  • •Ability to occasionally support selling the training offering to customers (secondary to delivery and staffing responsibilities).
