Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Corporate/M&A team in setting up and supporting gaming studios worldwide, including drafting and negotiating documentation and coordinating with French and local legal advisors.
  • •Provide corporate governance support to French and foreign entities, assist with incentive mechanisms for employees (free shares, BSPCE), and organize shareholder/board meetings and PoA drafting.
  • •Assist on M&A transactions conducted by the Voodoo group and provide legal guidance to operational teams.
  • •Deliver practical legal guidance and solutions to operational teams to improve efficiency.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and alignment with corporate strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in the Corporate/M&A department of a law firm as an intern
  • •Fluency in English and French absolutely required (most of the work is in English)
  • •Pragmatic, problem solver, fast executor and rigorous
  • •Personality is key: good sense of humor, positive energy, with a strong team spirit
  • •“CRFPA” is mandatory for this position
