Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive enterprise-wide operational excellence as a strategic partner to business leadership, balancing governance with agility.
  • •Ensure Quantitative Goals are set and met across projects/functions, report deviations, and identify improvement areas.
  • •Establish, implement, and maintain management systems aligned to organizational requirements (ISO 9001/14000/18001/31001).
  • •Prioritize process changes, plan for release/deployment, and institutionalize processes and best practices.
  • •Lead internal auditing/health check reviews and deliver training programs, client presentations, and review process documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Total 15–18 years of experience, including more than 5 years driving quality initiatives and at least 5 years at managerial level.
  • •Strong understanding of ISO models and project governance/execution processes, including risk management (ISO 31000).
  • •Experience with process definition, deployment, institutionalization, change management, and adoption.
  • •Strong data, analytics, decision intelligence, and statistical analysis/modelling techniques for continuous improvement.
  • •Background in Lean/Six Sigma improvement methods and internal auditing/health check reviews.
