Lead and optimize logistics operations for Mercado Livre's Mercado Envios in Brazil. Key Responsibilities

•Concretize short-term staffing plans for your area and monitor key performance indicators to drive the team to deliver results.
•Manage the leadership's work schedule, directing and tracking the performance of leaders and, indirectly, the frontline teams.
•Monitor deliveries and team development, conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and arrange training as needed.
•Standardize and optimize shift handovers, ensuring clear communication of relevant issues and proper staff allocation.
•Coordinate with local and regional carriers to ensure timely deliveries and efficient operations across Latin America.

Key Requirements

•Formação completa em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Industrial, Engenharia de Dados ou áreas correlatas.
•Conhecimento em gestão de projetos, melhoria contínua (Lean, Kaizen ou similares), além de domínio em Pacote Office e experiência com sistemas WMS e/ou LMS.
•Experiência na gestão de pessoas e de equipes operacionais, com foco em segurança, qualidade e produtividade.
•Disponibilidade para trabalhar no por turno em Cajamar/SP.
