HR Business Partner - 6 Month FTC (Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire, GB, HU1 1AA)

Partner with business leaders and the UK HR team to deliver HR solutions aligned to the HR strategy and local objectives. Drive the global and NEU HR strategy while advising on organisational design, change management, workforce planning, development, talent and succession, and employee relations. Provide workforce analytics and coach leaders through key people conversations. Support end-to-end employee life-cycle activities including recruiting, risk management, compliance, reward systems, and HR process delivery for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
