Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the Advanced Visualization and Artificial Intelligence portfolio across the Midwest/East zone and expand customer relationships.
  • •Partner with Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver clinical and technical presentations and support purchasing decisions.
  • •Advise customers on imaging software innovations, product configurations, and upgrade opportunities to improve clinical workflows and patient care.
  • •Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to build accurate forecasts, maintain CRM records, and recommend growth strategies.
  • •Ensure operational excellence through continuous process improvements while following Philips policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in business development, clinical sales, healthcare sales, field service, or a related customer-facing role in medical technology or healthcare.
  • •Experience with consultative selling, business development, CRM, strategic account planning, and sales forecasting, with strong communication of complex clinical and technical information.
  • •Experience with advanced visualization, artificial intelligence, imaging informatics, cardiology, radiology, or enterprise imaging solutions is a strong plus.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Collaboration and customer-focused approach, excellent presentation and communication skills, and willingness to travel throughout the assigned Midwest zone territory (50% travel).
