  • •Develop and execute the Site Services and Infrastructure strategy in line with business and operational objectives.
  • •Provide visible safety leadership and embed health, safety, environment and risk management across services and infrastructure activities.
  • •Lead inbound logistics and oversee business services, travel, camp operations, transportation, utilities, and facilities management to meet operational requirements.
  • •Improve service reliability, productivity and cost-effectiveness through disciplined operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • •Govern contractor and service provider performance against operational, safety and commercial standards and manage budgets, plans, and performance targets.

  • •More than 20 years of proven experience (or equivalent) leading large, multidisciplinary teams across complex, multicultural, geographically dispersed operations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
