Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate pre-event lounge setup to ensure the space is fully prepared, stocked, and presented to premium standards.
•Supervise and direct lounge staff, including managing assignments, monitoring performance, and providing real-time guidance during events.
•Oversee guest arrival and credential verification, serving as an escalation point for lounge and venue inquiries to resolve guest concerns.
•Maintain a safe, welcoming lounge environment by enforcing security protocols and coordinating escalation for safety or security issues.
•Complete post-event reporting with staffing notes, guest feedback, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities for management.

Key Requirements

•At least 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field (VIP/high-profile experience preferred).
•Strong guest service skills and the ability to deliver elevated, personalized service.
•Experience supporting and building front-line teams, including training and coaching to service standards.
•Ability to communicate with leadership and build relationships with diverse groups of people.
•Availability for daytime and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends, plus ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
