Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the company value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers, set appointments for periodic reviews, and drive referrals.
•Perform cross-selling to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities, including presentations and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes, including owning sourced loans from application through closing.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Ability to develop working knowledge of retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
