Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate foreign trade scenarios by deep-diving into available trade schemes promoted by authorities.
  • •Administer Annex 24 and 30 for IMMEX entities and VAT certification using the company’s determined software.
  • •Support responses to customs and fiscal authority requirements by gathering operational information and coordinating with other areas.
  • •Perform monthly analyses for Annex 24/30 administration, including managing the Data Stage file for inventory comparisons.
  • •Prepare and provide audit and verification documentation and supporting information for customs and tax authority reviews, including origin analysis under applicable international treaties.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in foreign trade, international relations, or business administration.
  • •Preferably 2 years of experience in a foreign trade role.
  • •2 years managing IMMEX, Annex 24 & 30, including audits and certificate of origin.
  • •Strong analytical thinking and problem-resolution skills.
  • •Effective communication and collaboration with other areas.
