Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Culture & Engagement strategy, shaping direction, coherence, and alignment to business objectives.
  • •Create and embed the employee experience narrative across wellbeing, listening, and inclusion; connect vision, values, and transformation.
  • •Ensure employee voice is heard and used to shape decisions; champion closing the feedback loop and hold leaders to account.
  • •Partner with People Insights and Analytics to deliver data quality, governance, and critical metrics; prepare Board and People Committee updates.
  • •Own and manage listening, wellbeing, and inclusion products and lead use of AI to scale expertise and deliver an accessible service.

  • •Influence and confidently advise/challenge senior leaders as a culture and engagement expert.
  • •Turn people experience insights into compelling business narratives and a clear people strategy.
  • •Experience applying listening & engagement, wellbeing, or inclusion in at least two areas.
  • •Strong project and programme management skills, balancing multiple priorities in ambiguity.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; Peakon experience desirable.
