Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide oversight and technical leadership for project tasks, including development of technical concepts and designs.
  • •Prepare and/or review reports, studies, plans, specifications, and estimates as part of discipline deliverables.
  • •Perform quality control reviews of design calculations and drawings, and develop technical specification sections.
  • •Develop study and design procedures, estimate construction costs and technical effort, and support engineering budgets and schedules.
  • •Act as a technical lead as needed, mentor and supervise junior team members, and collaborate with other team members to present design solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) with 8 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Valid U.S. Driver’s License to visit project sites when public transportation isn’t available (subject to Motor Vehicle Records review).
  • •Proven experience with site/civil design projects and preparing calculations and design documents (reports, plans, specifications).
  • •Experience across building design and development activities including survey, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
  • •PE license in Civil Engineering.
