Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute a global analytics strategy delivering end-to-end visibility to empower bold, informed decisions across functions.
•Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that identify KPIs, risks, and opportunities shaping the business.
•Set data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability of trade data.
•Drive adoption of reporting tools and foster a data-driven culture across global stakeholders.
•Lead cross-functional initiatives, communicate insights to leadership, and mentor team members to elevate analytical capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Hold a BA/BS in Supply Chain, Analytics, Statistics, or a relevant field (MBA preferred).
•Bring 10+ years of experience in a high-growth, cross-functional environment with a large product portfolio (Footwear, Apparel, or Fashion experience preferred).
•Have 7+ years in analytics-focused roles, with demonstrated ownership of building reporting, dashboards, and data models.
•Demonstrated ability to build, structure, and transform complex data sets for reporting and analytics across supply chain functions.
•Advanced technical capability in writing queries (SQL, OQL, or equivalent) to extract, manipulate, and validate data.
