Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage suppliers by obtaining and analyzing product and price data for contract negotiations, including comparative analysis of vendor terms and quotations.
  • •Run multiple bid events (RFI/RFQ/RFP), evaluate commercial proposals, and prepare slide-deck award recommendations.
  • •Identify, pre-qualify, and promote new suppliers; manage supplier performance against KPI’s on a quarterly basis.
  • •Negotiate and execute a variety of agreements (e.g., Service Orders, Master Service Agreements, Master Purchase Agreements, Consulting Agreements, EPC contracts) and handle contract modifications/subcontracts.
  • •Author contract redlines by reviewing proposed terms, drafting counter-arguments, and supporting contract administration and cross-functional project status updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of direct procurement experience (e.g., Buyer, Capital Project Procurement, or Category Manager).
  • •Experience purchasing equipment for large-scale capital projects in data centers or power generation (e.g., electrical/mechanical equipment or construction-related procurement).
  • •Strong contract negotiation experience, including contract redlining and drafting counter-language into commercial agreements.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Word and experience supporting sourcing, proposal evaluation, and contract administration workloads.
