Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the senior Health Systems country leader for Czechia, representing Philips with customers, government entities, strategic partners, and senior internal stakeholders.
  • •Own the Health Systems country agenda and deliver business performance and governance, including revenue, order intake, profitability, resource allocation, risk management, and contribution to P&L.
  • •Provide CEO-like leadership across commercial performance, customer strategy, operational execution, talent, governance, and risk management.
  • •Lead sales and distribution strategies and commercial partnerships, including forecasts, Annual Operating Plans, and growth initiatives.
  • •Lead cross-functional alignment and License to Operate priorities across regulatory, compliance, quality, tax, labor, localization, and commercial requirements, while developing sales teams and driving continuous improvement.
