Job Summary

Lead and manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through coaching and managing teammates while building strong business development and client revenue. Execute branch engagement routines to support clients’ financial success and foster a One Team culture with IRM and operations partners. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and complete required training. Own human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, scheduling, and performance counseling for the branch team.

•Drive branch business development and revenue through small business expertise, new client strategies, and growth routines (face-to-face appointments and outbound calling).
•Promote a positive public image in the community and participate in civic, government, professional, business, and community affairs to prospect and build the Truist brand.
•Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management, and the Truist Code of Ethics, partnering with area operations and ensuring required training is completed.
•Lead human capital decisions including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, development planning, performance reviews, and performance counseling including disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.
•Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience.
•One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
•Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, prioritization, and written and verbal communication skills.
•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and an applicable NMLS background check.
