Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise the branch administrative staff, prioritizing work, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
  • •Plan, direct, and organize the branch’s administrative work, ensuring efficient operations and timely completion of tasks.
  • •Oversee onboarding, training and ongoing development of staff, including performance coaching and goal alignment with branch plans.
  • •Schedule staff hours, manage time off and timecard approvals, and provide coverage as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Must be SIE, Series 7, 63/65 or 66 licensed with 1 year.
  • •3+ years of industry experience as a registered client specialist or comparable role preferred; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • •Knowledge of advanced sales support functions.
  • •Strong organizational skills - ability to prioritize and delegate branch’s daily workflow to effectively organize tasks/people to achieve specific goals.
